BUSY ISN’T A BUSINESS MODEL.

Emails sent.
Meetings attended.
Content published.
Campaigns launched.
Calls made.
Projects completed.
That’s a lot of activity.
But activity and progress aren't the same thing.
One of the easiest traps in business is measuring what gets done instead of what getting it done was supposed to accomplish.
A campaign launched on time can still underperform.
A team can complete every item on a project plan without improving the outcome that prompted the project.
A founder can work twelve-hour days on things that aren't creating customers, improving the product or strengthening the business.
Even a very productive day can be spent solving the wrong problem.
The point isn't to do less simply for the sake of doing less.
It’s to know what all that activity is supposed to add up to.
Because once you know the outcome you're trying to change, you can start asking a much more useful question:
Did what we did actually move it?
SOMETHING TO CONSIDER
Look at what’s taking up the most time in your business or on your team right now.
What is it supposed to change?
If that answer isn't clear, that's probably worth your attention.
